Abstract:This study takes Mindong hospital medical group in ningde，for example，37 specificindexes in 6 categories were determined as evaluation indexes to measure the effect of hospital reform in medical group members through literature analysis. The results show that the reform effect of semi-tight type member hospitals is significantly better than that of loose type member hospitals. Afterthe reform，the four hospitals have achieved phased results in total assets，human resources，medical service capacity，medical service quality and patient self-payment ratio. However，there are also some problems such as low integration efficiency of medical resources，low allocation of medical resources，low number of transferred patients and increase of per patient cost. The author propose to draw on the experience of SanMing medical reform to build a compact medical group. improve supporting policies，strengthen the guidance and supervision of member hospitals，so as to enhance the capacity of primary medical services；relevant government departments should appropriately improve the proportion of medical service price reimbursement，control the unreasonable growth of average cost and other policy suggestions.
