目的：探讨医院药学相关基金的研究热点、现状及发展方向，为医院药学工作者申报基金提供参考。方法：收集2020年度5个医院药学专项基金的资助项目，采用excel软件对资助项目数量、资助金额、类别、依托单位、研究方向等数据资料进行分析。结果：5个医院药学专项基金2020年累计资助项目235项（含23项县市及二级专项），总资助经费315.3万元，资助比例明显高于国自然项目，约为39%；资助方向涉及药学部门各项工作，三甲医院的药师中标课题较多；研究方向以用药评价、药学服务、基因多态性、基础研究、药学信息化平台建设为主，且肿瘤相关研究是热点。结论：医院药学专项基金申报难度相对较低，医院药学人员可参照各类基金的特点，依托自身的科研优势积极进行课题申报。

Objective：To discuss the research hotspots，situations，and directions of hospital pharmacy related funds，so asto provide guidance and help for pharmacists to apply funds in hospital. Methods：5 hospital pharmacy funded project in 2020 were collected. Excel software was used to analyze the data of the funded projects，such as the number of funded projects，the amount of funded projects，categories，supporting units and research directions. Results：Five hospital pharmaceutical funds funded 235 projectsin 2020(including 23 counties and cities and secondary special projects)，with a total of 3.153 million yuan. The funding rate was about 39%，which was significantly higher than that of the NSFC. The direction of funding involves various tasks of the pharmacy department，and pharmacists from grade A tertiary hospitals have won bids for many subjects.The main research directions were pharmaceutical use evaluation，pharmaceutical care，gene polymorphisms，basic research，pharmacyinformation platform construction. Tumor research was of the greatest interest in the funding projects. Conclusions：The application of the hospital pharmacy special fund is relatively simple. As a pharmacist，we can apply for projects according to characteristics of various funds and rely on our own scientific research advantages.
