中文摘要: 目的：分析泉州市正骨医院近三年择期接台手术切皮时间延迟影响因素，通过环节管理，针对存在问题制定并实施干预对策。方法：对2021年实行环节管理后的5 251台择期手术与2019年实行环节管理前的4 260台择期手术进行手术效率比较，研究环节管理在提升手术室择期手术效率中的作用。结果：实施环节管理后术前准备因素、麻醉医生因素、临床医生因素和其他因素等延迟率的影响均低于实施前，存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：环节管理模式能够提高手术效率，降低运营成本，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:Objective：To analyze the influencing factors of skin cutting delay time of elective surgery in Quanzhou Orthopaedic Hospital in recent three years，formulate and implement intervention countermeasures according to the problems through link management. Methods：We compared the operation efficiency of 5，251 elective surgery after the implementation of link management in 2021 and 4，260 elective surgery before the implementation of link management in 2019，so as to study the role of link management in improving the efficiency of elective surgery. Results：After the implementation of link management，the preoperative preparation delay rate，anesthesiologist factor delay rate，clinician factor delay rate and other factor delay rate on the delay rate were lower than those before implementation，and there was a significant difference（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The link management mode can improve the operation efficiency，reduce the operation costand improve patient satisfaction.
