Abstract:Objective：To analyze the operating efficiency of clinical departments in acertain grade Atertiary public hospital under the coordinated development of Yangtze River Delta and provide reference for hospital to allocate resources reasonably. Methods：Based on DEA model to evaluate the operation efficiency of 36 clinical departments since the establishment of the cross regional medical consortium in 2017. Nonparametric test and chi square（X2）test are used to compare the differences of DEA efficiency. Results：From 2017 to 2020，the DEA efficiency increased from 0.644 to 0.836. The difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. The DEA technical efficiency，pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of departments with close external cooperation were significantly better than those without close external cooperation，and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：It needs to adhere to the open cooperation strategy and promote regional coordinated development，adhere to the thinking of differential development and overall allocation of medical and health resources，adhere to the guidance of performance appraisal and strengthen the modern and fine management of the hospital.
