目的：了解传染病专科医院运行情况，为传染病专科医院的发展提供参考。方法：采用省级行政主管部门统一制定的表格，对江苏省11家市级传染病专科医院2015年和2019年经济运行横断面数据进行分析。结果：11家传染病专科医院院感专职人员配备不足；门诊和住院诊疗人次的增幅较低；整体仍然处于亏损状态；全省整体的传染科救治体系较为完整；传染病专科医院传染科的医疗服务量低于非传染病专科医院的感染性疾病科。讨论：传染病专科医院基础建设薄弱，经济运行困难，综合救治能力不足。建议加大传染病专科医院基础设施建设，落实政府办医主体责任，促进综合学科发展。
Objective：To understand the operation of infectious disease specialty hospitals and provide suggestionsfor the development of infectious disease specialist hospitals. Methods：The cross-sectional data of economic operation of 11 infectious disease specialisthospitals in Jiangsu Province in 2015 and 2019 were analyzed using a uniformly developed questionnairemade by provincial administrative department. Results：The 11 infectious disease specialisthospitals were inadequately staffed with dedicated hospitalinfection staff. The increase number of outpatient and inpatient consultations was lower. The overall situation was still in a loss. The overall infectious disease treatment system was complete. The medical service volume of infectious disease departments in infectious disease specialty hospitals was lower than that of non-infectious disease specialty infectious disease departments. Conclusion：Infectious disease specialty hospitals have weak infrastructure，difficult economic operation，and insufficient comprehensive treatment capacity. It is recommended to increase the infrastructure construction，implement the main responsibility of government-run medicine，and promote the development of comprehensive disciplines.
