    目的:了解江苏省全科住培医师职业承诺现状及其影响因素,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法:通过整群抽样,选择江苏省16家国家级住培基地的724名全科住培医师进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行描述性统计分析、探索性因子分析、单因素分析和多元线性回归分析。结果:仅有26.8%的全科住培医师表现出不愿更换职业的意向;职业承诺在不同性别、年龄、地区、年级和收入方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);职业前景、任务安排、职业素养和薪酬待遇是影响全科住培医师职业承诺的主要因素。结论:提高全科住培医师职业承诺需要提升全科医学职业发展前景,合理安排工作,保障住培医师薪酬待遇。

    Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of professional commitment of general practitioners in Jiangsuprovince,and to provide basis for policy-making. Methods:According to cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 724 general practitioners from 16 national residential training bases in Jiangsu Province. The survey data was analyzed by descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis,single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results:Only 26.8% of the general practitioners showed the intention of not changing their profession. The differences of career commitment in gender,age,region,grade and income were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Career prospect,task arrangement,professional quality and salary are the main factors affecting career commitment. Conclusions:To improve the career commitment of general practitioners,we need to improve the career development prospect of general practitioners,reasonably arrange work and ensure the salary of general practitioners.
