目的：分析某三甲综合医院2012-2021年间住院糖尿病患者因肿瘤死亡特点，为糖尿病合并肿瘤的防治提供科学依据。方法：使用病案统计管理系统提取病例资料加以回顾性分析。结果：10年间住院糖尿病死亡患者1 453例，因肿瘤死亡347例，前5位肿瘤分别为支气管和肺恶性肿瘤、胰恶性肿瘤、肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤和髓样白血病。不同年龄段、不同季节住院糖尿病患者因肿瘤死亡的比例差异有统计学意义。与2012-2016年相比，2017-2021年住院糖尿病患者因肿瘤死亡例数的比例差异具有统计学意义。结论：肿瘤是住院糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因之一，应加强死因顺位前5位的防治力度。

Objective：To analyze the characteristics of diabetic patients who died of tumors from 2012 to 2021 in a certain grade A tertiary general hospital，and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with tumor. Method：The patients’ data were extracted by medical record statistics management system and analyzed retrospectively. Result：A total of 1，453 diabetic patients died in hospital during the last 10 years，among which 347 died of tumor. Among diabetic patients who died of tumors，the top five were bronchial and pulmonary malignancy，pancreatic malignancy，liver and intrahepatic bile duct malignancy，gastric malignancy，and myeloid leukemia. There was a significant difference in the number ratio of death due to tumor among hospitalized diabetic patients of different ages and seasons. Compared with 2012-2016，there was a significant difference in the number ratio of hospitalized diabetic patients who died of tumor from 2017 to 2021. Conclusion：Tumor is one of the main causes of death in hospitalized diabetic patients，and the prevention and treatment of the top five death causes should be strengthened.
