目的：构建一套标准化的处方点评模式，以促进合理用药，改善医疗质量。方法：某三甲综合医院制定处方点评制度、优化点评流程、确定处方点评内容、配备处方点评系统、发挥点评专家组职能及加强处方点评结果应用，建立一套高效的处方点评模式。对2018年-2020年处方点评比例、基本药物使用金额占比、住院患者静脉输液率等关联性指标进行比较分析，考察该点评模式的实际应用效果。结果：2018年-2020年处方点评比例分别为3.08%、3.51%和 4.79%，医嘱点评比例分别为11.73%、16.68%、17.02%；基本药物使用金额占比逐年升高，由2018年的27.94%升至2020年的32.41%；3年间住院患者静脉输液占比持续下降，由2018年的96.32%降至2020年的90.73%。结论：处方点评模式实现了处方点评比例、基本药物使用金额占比、住院患者静脉输液率等多项药事指标的持续改进，在促进合理用药，改善医疗质量方面发挥重要作用。
Objective：To establish a standardized prescription evaluation model for promoting rational drug use and improving medical quality. Methods：A tertiary general hospital formulates a prescription review system，optimizes the review process，determines the content of prescription reviews，equips a prescription review system，exerts the functions of a review expert group，and strengthens the application of prescription review results to establish an efficient prescription review model.To compare and analyze the related indicators such as the proportion of prescription reviews，the proportion of essential drugs used amoun amount，and the rate of intravenous infusion in hospitalized patients from 2018 to 2020，and to investigate the practical application effect of this review model. Results：From 2018 to 2020，the ratio of prescription evaluation was 3.08%，3.51% and 4.79% respectively，and the proportion of medical advice evaluation was 11.73%，16.68% and 17.02% respectively.The proportion of the amount of essential medicines used increased year by year，from 27.94% in 2018 to 32.41% in 2020.In the past three years，the proportion of hospitalized patients receiving intravenous infusion has been decreasing continuously，from 96.32% in 2018 to 90.73% in 2020. Conclusion：The prescription review model has achieved continuous improvement of multiple pharmaceutical indicators such as the proportion of prescription reviews，the proportion of essential drugs used，and the rate of intravenous infusion of inpatients.Which plays an important role in promoting rational drug use and improving medical quality.
