Venous Thromboembolism（VTE） Prevention and Treatment Management Informatization Construction
目的：通过构建院内静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）防治体系，降低VTE发生率和死亡率，提升医疗质量与安全。方法：运用SWOT分析管理手段，发挥医院自身的竞争优势和机会，克服竞争劣势，加强院内VTE防治体系建设。结果：信息化建设是院内VTE 防治体系建设的关键，信息化建设水平的高低直接影响VTE相关质控指标数据统计和出院后患者的随访管理。结论：通过对医院VTE 防治体系信息化建设的改造，加强医护人员VTE相关培训，进一步提高了院内VTE 防治能力建设。
Objective：To reduce the incidence and mortality of venous thromboembolism（VTE）and improve the quality and safety of medical treatment by constructing the prevention and treatment system of VTE in hospital. Methods：Through SWOT analysis management means，use the hospital’s own competitive advantages and opportunities to overcome competitive disadvantages，strengthen the hospital VTE prevention and treatment system. Results：Information construction is the key to the construction of hospital VTE prevention and treatment system. The level of information construction directly affects the statistics of quality control index and follow-up management of patients after discharge. Conclusion：Through the reconstruction of hospital VTE prevention and treatment system，strengthen the training of medical staff，further improve the ability of prevention and control ability of VTE in hospital.
