Abstract:Objective：To explore the cost structure of inpatients with dermatosis，analyze the main influencing factors of hospitalization expenses，and provide reference basis for reducing inpatients’ financial burden and effectively controlling medical expenses. Methods：The factor analysis method was used to extract common factors for the hospitalization expenses of skin disease patients in acertaindermatology hospital in Guangdong Province from 2017 to 2019，and the main influencing factors of expenses were analyzed. Results：The average hospitalization expenses of patients with dermatosis were 5，827.20 yuan. In the composition of the hospitalizationexpenses，31.24% of the drug expenses，23.23% of the experimental diagnosis expenses，20.76% of the non-surgical treatment expenses，12.45% of the basicmedicalservice expenses，5.68%of imaging diagnosis expenses，3.18% of the nursing expenses，2.53% of the pathologic diagnosis expenses and the 0.93% of the clinical diagnosis expenses. The cost of drugs，the factors of medicalservice and diagnosis factor are the common factors which affect the cost of hospitalization in patients with dermatosis. Conclusion：To control the excessive increase of medical expenses effectively，we are supposed to focus on the adjustment of medical service structure，and reasonably reduce the cost of auxiliary drugs and diagnosis
