中文摘要: 目的:调查某三级综合性医院行政总值班运行现状,为进一步提升医院管理能力和水平提出建议。方法:问卷调查参与行政总值班的22名值班人员,对数据资料采用统计学描述性分析。结果:现场回收有效问卷21份,发现行政总值班存在人员不足、工作繁忙,专业不同、素养不一,考核与奖惩措施不够完善,信息化建设相对不足等问题。结论:应从不断完善总值班制度,优化人员结构、合理安排值班,持续强化培训、健全考核机制,加大信息化建设、助力提升管理水平等方面,持续提升行政总值班应急处置水平。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status of the administrative duty of a certain tertiary general hospital,and to make suggestions for further improving the hospital’s management ability and level. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 22 persons on duty who participated in the administrative duty,and statistical descriptive analysis was used on the data. Results:21 valid questionnaires were collected on site. There were problems such as insufficient staff,busy work,different professions and literacy,insufficient assessment and rewards and punishment measures,and relatively insufficient information construction. Conclusion:It is necessary to keep up-to-date with the times,continuously improve the overall duty system,optimize the staff structure,rationally arrange duty,continue to strengthen training,improve the assessment mechanism,increase informatization construction,and help improve the management level to continue to improve the emergency response level of the overall duty.
