中文摘要: 目的:了解盐城地区护理人员组织支持感和职业幸福感现状,并分析两者之间关系,为医院管理者、卫生行政主管部门在人力资源管理等方面提供理论依据,为改善和促进护理人员的执业环境提供科学的参考依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,选取2020年3-4月盐城地区二级以上6所公立性医院1 879名护理人员作为研究对象,对其进行组织支持感、职业幸福感的问卷调查,分析两者之间的相关性。结果:护理人员的组织支持感总均分为(48.50±10.73)分,职业幸福感总均分为(84.67±11.42)分。不同性别、职务、劳务形式、月收入、婚姻状况护理人员组织支持感和职业幸福感进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);不同医院类型、年龄、学历、工作年限、职称护理人员组织支持感和职业幸福感进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);不同等级医院护理人员组织支持感比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),职业幸福感进行比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);护理人员组织支持感与职业幸福感成正相关(r=0.727,P=0.00)。结论:该地区护理人员组织支持感和职业幸福感处于较高水平,两者之间可以相互影响,医院在管理中提升组织支持力度,关注护士身心健康,保持护理人员职业幸福感,稳定护理队伍。
Abstract:Objective:To understand the current situation of nursing staff organization support and occupational well-being in Yancheng area,and to analyze the relationship between the two,to provide theoretical basis for hospital managers,health administrative departments to human resources management,etc. To provide scientific reference for improving and promoting the nursing staff’s practice environment. Methods:Using random sampling method,1,879 nursing staff from 6 secondary and above public hospitals in Yancheng from March to April 2020were selected as the subjects of the study,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their sense of organizational support and occupational well-being,and the relationship between the two was analyzed. Results:The total average score of nursing staff’s sense of organizational support was(48.50±10.73)points. The total average score of occupational well-being is(84.67±11.42)points. Comparing organizational support and occupational well-being between genders,jobs,laborforms,monthlyincome,marital status,differences are not statistically significant(P>0.05). Comparing different hospital types,age,educational background,working years,professional title,nursing staff’s sense of organizational support and occupational well-being,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance in comparing the organizational support of nursing staff at different hospital levels(P>0.05)There was a statistically significant difference in occupational well-being(P < 0.05),and positively related the organizational support of nursing staff to occupational well-being(r=0.727,P=0.00). Conclusion:The organizational support and occupational well-being of nursing staff in this area are at a high level,which can influence each other,and the hospital can improve the organizational support in management,pay attention to the physical and mental health of nurses,maintain the occupational well-being of nursing staff and stabilize the nursing team.
