中文摘要: 目的：分析影响公立医院思想政治工作效果的因素，建立模型，提出改进对策，增强思想政治工作的实效性。方法：运用层次分析法（AHP），计算影响公立医院思想政治工作效果的影响因素权重。结果：对提高公立医院思想政治工作实效影响最大的是内容载体指标，在内容载体指标中网络微课堂又是最有效的形式载体。结论：思想政治工作应围绕医院中心工作，加强工作阵地建设，丰富工作形式，健全工作机制。
Abstract:Objective：To analyze the influencing factors of the effect of Ideological and political work in public hospitals，modeling，and put forward improvement countermeasures，so as to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political work. Method：This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the weight of influencing factors on ideological and political work effect in public hospitals. Result：The content carrier index has the greatest impact on improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political work in public hospitals，network micro-classroom is the most effective form carrier. Conclusion：Ideological and political work should focus on the central work of the hospital，strengthen the construction of work positions，enrich work forms and improve work mechanism.
