中文摘要: 目的:了解常州地区ICU护士留职意愿、自我效能感的现状,并分析二者间的相关性,为提高ICU护士工作稳定性提供依据。方法:采用留职意愿量表、一般自我效能量表对常州市三级甲等综合型医院的364名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果:364名ICU护士的留职意愿得分为(14.54±2.26)分;一般自我效能得分为(2.33±0.58)分;不同性别、年龄、职务、ICU工作年限护士的自我效能得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICU护士一般自我效能感与留职意愿呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,职务、职称、ICU工作年限以及一般自我效能感是影响ICU护士留职意愿的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:常州地区ICU护士留职意愿水平为中等水平,一般自我效能感处于中下水平,ICU护士留职意愿受多因素综合影响,护理管理者应考虑护士自我效能感,提高其心理认知水平,进而提高其留职意愿。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status of ICU nurses’ general self-efficacy in Changzhou area and the stay intention in ICU,and step further to analysis the both correlations,so as to provide a basis for improving the work stability ICU nurses. Methods:A network questionnaire was conducted among 364 ICU nurses ina certain grade-A tertiary general hospital in Changzhou. The questionnaire consists of basicinformation,general self-efficacy scale,and the nurse intention to stay scale. Results:According to the nurses’survey results,the nurse intention to stay scale was(14.54±2.26);the general self-efficacy scale was(2.33±0.58);and showed genders,ages,positions,and ICU working years had a significant difference(P<0.05). The correlationbetween the general self-efficacy and the intention to stay was positive(P<0.05). According to multiple linear regression analysis,the main factors that influence the intention to stay in ICU includingposition,professional title,yearsofservice in ICU and general self-efficacy(P<0.05). Conclusions:The intention to stay scale was medium level,and the general self-efficacy scale was below average levelfor ICU Nurses’ in Changzhou.The intention to stay was affected by multiple factors,nursing managers should pay attention to self-efficacyof ICU nurses to improve their psychological cognition level,and improve their intention to stay.
