Abstract:Objective：A feasible method to reflect the comprehensive benefits of medical equipment is proposed. Methods：The economic and social benefits of medical equipment are reflected by the easily available benefit data such as the target achievement rate of medical equipment. Combined with the meeting voting method to determine the weight of each influencing factor，a multi parameter benefit analysis method is proposed，and this method and traditional benefit analysis are used to analyze the operation of a batch of equipment in a certainhospital in 2020. Results：The current mainstream benefit analysis data such as investment return rate and utilization rate can only partially reflect the economic or social benefits of medical equipment，but can not fully reflect the comprehensive benefits and use of equipment.Multi parameter benefit analysis is not only positively related to the economic benefits of equipment，but also can quantitatively analyze the social benefits of equipment，so as to objectively reflect the comprehensive benefits of medical equipment. Conclusion：The multi parameter benefit analysis based on the target achievement rate of medical equipment can comprehensively reflect the comprehensive benefits of medical equipment and provide data support for hospital equipment purchase and resource management.
