    目的:研究新冠肺炎疫情不同阶段对常州地区三级医院药事管理工作的影响并分析原因。方法:通过回顾性调查分析,从药品供应、药品调剂、抗菌药物管理和药学服务四个方面对2019年1-6月、2020年1-6月、2021年1-6月常州地区三级医院的药事管理质控指标数据进行单因素方差分析和Kruskal Wallis H 检验。结果:疫情不同阶段常州地区三级医院药品供应率、二级库周转天数、门诊处方总数、急诊处方总数、出院患者人数、门诊抗菌药物使用率、住院抗菌药物使用率、门诊处方干预率、住院患者医嘱干预率、参与临床会诊数量差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);急诊患者抗菌药物使用率,住院抗菌药物使用强度、特殊使用级抗菌药物用量占比、急诊处方干预率、住院患者监护率、人均每周开展临床查房次数、人均每周开展药学查房次数差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:疫情对常州地区三级医院药品供应与调剂工作影响显著,对抗菌药物管理及药学服务影响较小。建议进一步完善疫情下的应急药品供应保障体系,持续加强合理用药管控,拓展药学服务内容,为突发公共卫生事件下的药事管理工作提供参考。

    Objective:To study the influence of different stages of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic on pharmaceutical administration of Tertiary hospitals in Changzhou,and analyze the causes.Methods:The pharmaceutical administration quality control data of Tertiary hospitals in Changzhou from January to June 2019,January to June 2020 and January to June 2021 were reviewed and analyzed from the aspects of drug supply,drug dispensing,clinical antibiotics management and pharmaceutical service,and one way ANOVA and Kruskal Wallis H Test analysis were conducted on the data. Results:There was statistical significance in drug supply rate,second class drug turnover days,the number of outpatient prescription and emergency prescription,the number of discharged patients,the utilization rate of antibiotics in outpatient and inpatient,the prescription intervention rate in outpatient and inpatient,the number of clinical consultation participated during different stages of COVID-19 epidemic(P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance in the utilization rate of antibiotics in emergencypatient,antibiotics use density ininpatient,the proportion of special use grade antibacterial drugs,the prescription intervention rate in emergency patient,the pharmaceutical care rate in inpatient,the number of ward rounds participated by clinical pharmacists and pharmaceutical ward rounds per person per week during different stages of COVID-19 epidemic(P > 0.05). Conclusion:The COVID-19 epidemic has a significant impact on drug supply and drug dispensing,but a slight effect on antibiotics management and pharmaceutical care in Tertiary hospitals in Changzhou. It is suggested that the system of emergency drug supply be improved,the rational drug use management be strengthened,and the pharmaceutical service mode be expanded during the epidemic,so as to provide references for hospitals to carry out pharmaceutical administration under public health emergency in the future.
