目的：从信息化角度提升发热门诊运行效率。方法：通过改造发热门诊关键环节相关的信息系统，优化发热门诊信息流程。结果：发热门诊候诊时长、核酸检测时长缩短，患者在院内滞留时间减少，降低了交叉感染的几率，患者闭环数据可追溯。结论：通过信息流程再造，可最大限度地利用现有医疗资源，满足医院疫情防控需求，提升发热门诊整体运行效率。

Objective：To improve the operation efficiency of fever clinic from the perspective of informatization. Methods：The information system related to key links of fever clinic was reformed by means of informatization，and the information process of fever clinic was optimized. Results：The waiting time and nucleic acid test time of fever clinic were shortened，the patient’s stay time in hospital was reduced，the probability of cross-infection was reduced，and the patient’s closed-loop data could be traced. Conclusion：Through information process reengineering，existing medical resources can be utilized to the maximum，meeting the needs of hospital epidemic prevention and control. The overall operation efficiency of fever clinic is improved.
