目的：探索完善精神病门诊（“门精”）患者服务管理模式及医保支付方式；方法：通过同行调研，了解其他地区“门精”相关政策；分析本院“门精”管理工作现状，提出改进措施。结果：通过多项措施的实施，我院在“门精”费用管控方面取得一定的成效；提交的“门精”结算方案已初步得到医保部门采纳。结论：精神疾病的治疗与康复，需要全社会共同关心与帮助；承担精神疾病防治的专科医院，更需医保政策的支持、医疗经费的保障。
Objective：To explore the service management mode and medical insurance payment mode of mental outpatients. Methods：By researching the related policies of mental outpatients in other regions，and combined with the present situation of the management of the hospital，we analyze and think. Results：Through the implementation of a number of measures，our hospital has achieved certain results in the cost control of mental outpatients.The settlement plan submitted by our hospital has been initially adopted by the medical insurance department. Conclusion：The treatment and rehabilitation of mental illness need the care and help of the whole society. Specialized hospitals that undertake the prevention and treatment of mental diseases need the support of medical insurance policy and the guarantee of medical expensesmore.
