| 运用FOCUS-PDCA分析我院POCT血糖仪管理工作的始末环节，查找POCT血糖仪质量管理系统化建设的关键影响因素。通过完善和落实POCT血糖仪的管理制度，改进和优化血糖仪管理流程，建立POCT血糖仪质量管理信息平台，并将POCT血糖仪质量管理上升至全院质量管理的重点环节，最终在患者安全、工作效率、经济社会效益均取得良好成效。 |

| Abstract: |
| Use FOCUS-PDCA to analyze the beginning and end of the management of our hospital's POCT blood glucose meter.Find the key influencing factors of the systematic construction on the quality management of POCT blood glucose meters.Through the improvement and implementation of the POCT blood glucose meter management system，to improve and optimize blood glucose meter management process.Establish a quality management information platform for POCT blood glucose meters.And upgrade the quality management of POCT blood glucose meter to the key link of the hospital's quality management.Finally，good results have been achieved in patient safety，work efficiency，and economic and social benefits. |
