Abstract:Objective：To understand the characteristics of critical thinking of basic public health personnel in a certaindistrict，and to provide reference for the cultivation of critical thinking ability of basic public health personnel. Methods：Stratified sampling method was used to select the public health personnel in a certaindistrict，critical thinking questionnaire survey online was conducted. Results：The score of critical thinking was 108.46 ± 12.86. It was found that the total score of critical thinking and the score of different dimensions were different with different professional titles，title series，practicing categories，current job satisfaction，scientific research interest，the number of statistical analysis method and necessity of outside the current position training. Conclusion：Critical thinking ability of basic public health personnel is positive，which is related to the professional title，professional title series，practicing category，current job satisfaction，scientific research interest，number of statistical analysis methods and necessity of outside the current position training.
