中文摘要: 2019年江苏省对儿科医疗服务项目价格进行了两次大范围调整，推动医疗服务价格改革向纵深发展。研究选取样本医院2018-2020年三年的财务数据，对比分析价格政策调整对儿童专科医院医疗服务量、收支结余、收入结构、价格补偿以及医保支付比率的影响，探讨儿童专科医院运行发展中存在的价格水平偏低、调价机制不合理、成本费用较高等问题。本文从完善政策支持、健全调价机制、加强医院内部管理等方面提出对策，以期为推动儿科医疗服务价格改革提供参考资料。
Abstract:In 2019，Jiangsu Province carried out two large-scale adjustments to the price of pediatric medical service items to promote the in-depth development of medical service price reform. This article selects the financial data of sample hospitals from 2018 to 2020 to compare and analyze the impact of price policy adjustments on the medical service volume，income and expenditure balance，income structure，price compensation and medical insurance payment ratio of children’s specialty hospitals. Explore problems such as low price levels，unreasonable price adjustment mechanisms，and high costs on the operation and development of children’s specialty hospitals. Propose countermeasures in terms of improving policy support，improving the price adjustment mechanism，and strengthening the internal management of hospitals，in order to provide reference materials for promoting the price reform of pediatric medical services.
