目的：通过介绍宿迁市第一人民医院在构建医院合理用药管理体系的实践经验，为其他医疗机构实施合理用药管理提供借鉴和参考。方法：基于SPO模型，从结构维度、过程维度和结果维度梳理医院合理用药管理实践经验。结果：2020年，医院合理用药指标明显改善，临床药学服务能力显著增强，医院患者满意度稳步提升。结论：通过基于结构、过程、结果三个维度构建医院合理用药管理体系，能够激发医院相关职能处室、临床科室、药学部门发挥能动性，促进合理用药指标的改善，提升患者满意度，推动药学服务转型，具有一定的应用价值。

Objective：To introduce the practical experience of Suqian First People’s Hospital in constructing rational drug use management system，and to provide reference for other medical institutions to implement rational drug use management. Methods：Based on SPO model，the practical experience of rational drug use management in hospital was summarized from structural dimension，process dimension and outcome dimension. Results：In 2020，the hospital pharmaceutical management indicators were significantly improved，the clinical pharmaceutical care ability was significantly enhanced，and the hospital patient satisfaction was steadily improved. Conclusion：The construction of rational drug use management system in hospitals based on structure，process and results can stimulate the relevant functional departments，clinical departments and pharmaceutical departments to exert their initiative，promote the improvement of pharmaceutical indicators，enhance patient satisfaction and promote the transformation of pharmaceutical，which has certain application value.
