    目的：探讨构建POCT质量控制体系并推广应用。方法：选择有代表意义的三个POCT项目，与检验科进行实验室间结果比对，根据存在的问题制定改进措施并构建医院POCT质量控制体系，按体系运行并监测改进效果。结果：构建了医院POCT质量控制体系。结论：构建的POCT质量控制体系有效，可以推进POCT的质量管理，值得推广。

    Objective：To establish POCT quality control system and extend its application. Method：Three POCT items with representative significance were selected and compared with the laboratory，according to the existing problems，the improvement measures were made and the quality control system of hospital POCT was constructed.Operate according to the system and monitor the improvement effect. Result：The quality control system of POCT in hospital was established. Conclusion：The quality control system of POCT is effective，which can promote quality management of POCT and is worth popularizing.
