Abstract:Objectives：To discuss and analyze the practice effects of multi-disciplinary management in perioperative safety management. Methods：According to the stakeholder theory，set up the perioperative joint management team，formulate the plan，determine monitoring indicators，find out problems in perioperative through current status investigation，analyze the main problems through Pareto，conduct symptomatic treatment to Continuously improve perioperative management. Results：Among the 14 monitored indicators，a total of 11 indicators have defects，and the cumulative proportion of four types such as non-standard surgical risk assessment，surgery-level violations，surgical site labeling，and surgical safety verification is 73.33%，which are the main factors of perioperative safety management. Conclusions：By taking effective measures to the symptoms，the perioperative safety management in our hospital is gradually standardized，but the effect is not obvious. The perioperative safety management has a long way to go. All teams should cooperate with each other，strengthen the implementation and continue to improve.
