Abstract:Purpose：By investigating the basic situation of medical imaging departments of medical institutions at different levels in Suqian area，it provides a basis for the city to promote the construction of medical imaging teleconsultation system. Method：A questionnaire was distributed to 150 hospitals in the city to conduct a survey，which included the equipment configuration of the imaging department and the number，age，education level and professional title of doctors. Result：Suqian has wide coverage of digital imaging equipment such as DR，CT and MRI at all levels of medical institutions，but the distribution of imaging professionals is uneven. Among them，tertiary hospitals concentrate most of the city’s high-quality imaging professionals，while first and secondlevel medical institutions have a shortage of imaging professionals，generally suffering from low academic levels and irrational structure of age and professional titles. Conclusion：The construction of a regional remote imaging consultation system is an effective way to solve the unbalanced allocation of medical resources，which is conducive to promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources and the implementation of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
