中文摘要: 目的：通过评价医院孕妇学校服务效果，分析疫情常态化下孕产妇对健康知识的新需求，为在孕产妇健康方面更好地发挥基本公共卫生服务作用提供依据和建议。方法：采用完全随机抽样的方法，选取某医院2020年下半年342名孕产妇作为研究对象开展孕妇学校服务评价、健康信息需求与获取途径等内容的问卷调查。结果：某医院孕妇学校的参与率为81.29%；孕产妇健康信息的主要获取途径为手机媒体；孕产妇对疫情常态化下生活与产检注意事项、二胎孕育、精神心理相关健康教育内容需求明显；孕产妇的学历、年龄、有无工作三个维度对孕妇学校参与率有影响，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：医院孕妇学校发挥了一定的积极作用，但应根据孕产妇在疫情常态化下的新需求调整内容，利用手机媒体开展多途径和精准化的健康教育模式。

Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the service effect of schools for pregnant women in hospitals，and analyze the new demands of pregnant women on health knowledge under the situation of COVID-19 normalization，so as to provide basis and suggestions for better playing the role of basic public health services in pregnant women’s health. Methods：The survey used a complete randomization sampling method，and selected342 pregant women in a certain hospitalas the sample during the second half of 2020 to carry out a questionnaire on the pregnancy school evaluation，health knowledge needs and communication pathways. Results：The questionnaire participation ratewas 81.29%. The main access of pregnant women to health information was mobile media. The need of health information and production inspection cautions under the situation of COVID-19 normalization，second-born and mental health remains in a high level. Among samples，educational background，age and working conditionhad an impact on the participation rate，and the differences were statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The pregnancy Schools play an active role.However，the content should be adjusted according to the new needs of pregnant women under the normalization of the epidemic，and carry out health education throughmobile media and build differentand precise health educationmodes.
