中文摘要: 目的:探讨4R危机管理理论在提高心内科护士预见性护理能力中的应用效果。方法:选择心血管内科30名护理人员为研究对象,运用4R危机管理理论对她们进行为期3个月的预见性护理能力的培训,对护士培训前后的理论成绩、预见性护理能力以及医生对护士满意度进行对比。结果:基于4R危机管理理论模式培训后,理论成绩、预见性护理能力和医生对护士的满意度均显著高于培训前(P< 0.05)。结论:运用4R危机管理理论模式对心内科护理人员进行培训,不仅可有效提高她们的预见性护理能力,而且可提高医生对护士的满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of 4R crisis management theory in improving predictive nursing ability of nurses in cardiology department. Methods:30 nurses in department of cardiovascular medicine were selected as the research objects. They were trained with 4R crisis management theory for 3 months. Their theoretical performance,predictive nursing ability and doctors’ satisfaction with nurses were compared before and after the training. Results:After the training based on 4R crisis management theory model,the theoretical performance,predictive nursing ability and doctors’satisfaction with nurses were significantly higher than those before the training(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Using 4R crisis management theory model to train nurses in cardiology department can not only effectively improve their predictive nursing ability,but also improve doctors’ satisfaction with nurses.
