中文摘要: 目的：探讨4R危机管理理论在提高心内科护士预见性护理能力中的应用效果。方法：选择心血管内科30名护理人员为研究对象，运用4R危机管理理论对她们进行为期3个月的预见性护理能力的培训，对护士培训前后的理论成绩、预见性护理能力以及医生对护士满意度进行对比。结果：基于4R危机管理理论模式培训后，理论成绩、预见性护理能力和医生对护士的满意度均显著高于培训前（P＜ 0.05）。结论：运用4R危机管理理论模式对心内科护理人员进行培训，不仅可有效提高她们的预见性护理能力，而且可提高医生对护士的满意度。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the application effect of 4R crisis management theory in improving predictive nursing ability of nurses in cardiology department. Methods：30 nurses in department of cardiovascular medicine were selected as the research objects. They were trained with 4R crisis management theory for 3 months. Their theoretical performance，predictive nursing ability and doctors’ satisfaction with nurses were compared before and after the training. Results：After the training based on 4R crisis management theory model，the theoretical performance，predictive nursing ability and doctors’satisfaction with nurses were significantly higher than those before the training（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Using 4R crisis management theory model to train nurses in cardiology department can not only effectively improve their predictive nursing ability，but also improve doctors’ satisfaction with nurses.
