Abstract:Objective：With the documents about strengthening the party construction in public hospitals issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China，the leadership mode of public hospitals has changed greatly，and it is necessary to further explore ways to solve the dilemma of the hospital’s united front work. Methods：Through interviews with the staff of the United Front department and the united front objects，and using the method of SWOT strategic analysis，we can objectively analyze the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and challenges of the hospital in carrying out the united front work. Results：The advantage is to give full play to the leadership role of the party committee of public hospitals and give full play to the powerful human resources advantage of the united front objects；The disadvantage is that the mechanism and team building of hospital united front work need to be strengthened urgently；The opportunity is to attach great importance to the united front work at the national level and to increase the sense of identity with Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and hospital culture. The challenges are complex changes in the international environment，increased impact of values on domestic development，new changes in the governance structure of public hospitals，and increased challenges to the working methods of the united front. Conclusion：Fully understand the importance of united front work，improve the united front work system，set up the united front department，equipped with staff. Strengthen the operational learning of united front staff and enhance their working ability. Take a variety of activities as a countermeasure to strengthen the hospital united front work under the new situation.
