Abstract:Objective：Taking Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital as an example，this paper describes the optimization process of medical technology appointment in large general hospitals and analyzes the implementation effect，so as to provide reference for the promotion of inspection appointment service in major hospitals. Method：Taking the data one month before and one month after the system was launched as the survey object，the t-test of two independent sample data was used to compare and analyze the data. Results：Compared with the control group，the waiting time of appointment and waiting time of examination in the improved group were significantly shortened. Conclusion：The application of multi appointment mode medical technology unified appointment platform can significantly shorten the appointment and waiting time of patients，and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
