中文摘要: 目的：了解徐州市农村地区空巢老人社会支持状况，分析其影响因素，为完善农村地区空巢老人社会支持体系提供依据。方法：采用一般情况调查表、社会支持量表（SSRS）对徐州市农村地区空巢老人进行调查，应用单因素分析与多重线性回归分析其影响因素。结果：徐州市农村空巢老人的社会支持总分为（35.87±7.46），多因素分析主要影响因素为年龄、婚姻状况、疾病医疗负担、子女看望次数等。结论：徐州市农村地区空巢老人的社会支持处于中等水平，应针对不同人群完善构建社会支持体系，改善社会支持现状，提高空巢老人生活水平。
Abstract:Objective：To understand the social support status of empty nesters in rural areas of Xuzhou，and analyze its influencing factors，so as to provide basis for improving the social support system of empty nesters in rural areas of Xuzhou. Methods：The general situation questionnaire and social support scale（SSRS）were used to investigate the empty nesters in rural areas of Xuzhou，and the influencing factors were obtained by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results：The total score of social support for empty nesters in Xuzhou rural areas was（35.87±7.46），and the main influencing factors of multivariate analysis were age，marital status，medical burden of illness，visits of children，etc. Conclusion：The social support of empty nesters in rural areas of Xuzhou is at a medium level. It is necessary to perfect the social support system for different groups，improve the current situation of social support and improve the living standard of empty nesters.
