Abstract:Objective：This article uses a statistical analysis of inter-division consultationsina generalCertainGrade-A Tertiary Hospitalto study the collaborative governance strategy between clinical departments in the hospital. Methods：Collect the data of the hospital's inter-hospital internal consultations from January to December 2020，and through certain inductive processing，clarify the situation of collaborative cooperation and exchange and the needs of collaborative development between clinical departments. Results：There are 37 clinical departments in the hospital，of which 17 departments are consultation departments with forward demand，15 departments are consultation departments with reverse demand，and 5 departments are relative balance departments. Twenty departments，including Cardiovascular Medicine，Neurology，Gastroenterology，Orthopedics，and Endocrinology，are the main consultation departments in the hospital. Each of the 20 main departments has at least one two-way collaboration department. Conclusion：It is recommended to adopt an active collaborative management strategy for the consultation department with positive demand；For the consultation department with a reverse demand，a selective collaborative management strategy is recommended；For the two-way collaborative department，a comprehensive and in-depth collaborative management strategy is recommended.
