Abstract:Objective：To explore for provincial counterpart support new coronavirus pneumonia medical team to establish scientific，standardized and effective infection control mode in order to ensure the disease treatment and safety protection. Method：We established three levels of infection control management system and optimized the working system and processof the medical team’s sensory control work. We used offline and online methods to strengthen knowledge training of infection control. Especially personal protective clothing operation，and identified the key points of isolation and resident infection control beside appointed special person to supervise，carry out anxiety investigation and carry out stress reduction salon and so on. Results：There are 310 people in medical team. After intensive training，the knowledge of prevention and control of COVID-19 increased from（18.24 ± 1.81）to（23.45 ± 1.75），with statistically significant difference（P < 0.05）. The knowledge of personal protection is better than that of epidemiology. By March 11，a total of 917 COVID 19 patients had been cured. The cure rate increased from 10.98% to 90.34%，and no one member of the medical team was infected. Anxiety problems were common among team member（80.13%），mainly in inadequate protection（76.42%），heavy workload（49.59%），heavy patients（40.65%），home security（22.35%）.With the implementation of various stress reduction measures，anxiety has decreased significantly. In addition，the mood of missing family increased with the increase of support time. Conclusion：It is important for combining with the characteristic of Novel coronavirus pneumonia medical team supported by provincial counterpart. Infection prevention and control measure should be Planned and implementated ahead of time，especially in the construction of infection control organization，knowledge training，Infection control management of home and psychological counseling.
