目的：探索将PDCA循环应用于全面质量管理（Total quality management，TQM）理念下的医疗设备质控过程。方法：通过建立设备质控过程的全面质量管理体系，邀请专家对我院设备质控过程进行考察，提出设备质控中存在的不足，运用PDCA进行改进。结果：全面质量管理体系的建立，暴露了科室存在制度、管理、质控人员方面的问题。通过PDCA改进后，制度完善、管理流程精细化、质控人员水平和积极性得到了提升。结论：PDCA循环可以对具有多环节、长进程特色的TQM进行不断改进，达到提高设备质控水平的目的。

Objective：To explore the application of PDCA cycle in the process of medical equipment quality control underthe concept of total quality management（TQM）. Methods：We carried out the study through establishing the total quality management system of the equipment quality control process，inviting experts to inspect the equipment quality control process in our hospital，putting forward the deficiencies in the equipment quality control and using PDCA to improve the deficiencies. Results：We found out the problems incurrent regulations，management procedures and quality control personnel problems afterthe establishment of total quality management system. Through a round of PDCA cycle，the regulations and management procedureshad been improved，the professional levels and enthusiasm of quality control staff was promoted to a certain extent. Conclusions：PDCA cycle can continuous improve the quality of TQM，whichis multi-link and long processed，to achieve continuous improvement of equipment quality control.
