Abstract:Objective：To explore the effect of fine management scheme on improving management quality in hospital management. Methods：210 patients who were admitted to our hospital before the implementation of fine management in January 2019 were selected as the control group，and 210 patients after the implementation of fine management in January 2019 were set as the observation group，and the management effects of the two groups were compared by using the research method of comparison before and after. Results：The incidence of management errors，complaints and nosocomial infection in the study group were 0.95%，0.48% and 1.90% respectively，while those in the control group were 4.76%，3.81% and 5.24%，respectively. Compared with the control group，the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P < 0.05）；the satisfaction of patients in the study group（99.05%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（94.29%），the difference was statistically significant Significance（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The application of fine management scheme in hospital management can effectively reduce the incidence of management errors，patient complaints，hospital infection and other adverse events，further optimize the management quality，and patients will give more positive evaluation of hospital management.
