中文摘要: 目的:探索PDCA循环在医院试用期考核工作中的应用效果。方法:以吉林省某三甲医院为例,2014年—2019年新入职的1 250名员工为研究对象,自2017年起将PDCA管理工具引入试用期考核。通过分析现状、制定方案、组织实施、回顾检验、数据对比与持续优化等步骤建立健全考核机制。SPSS21.0做统计学分析。结果:通过数据显示,改进后的基本合格和不合格等次人数占总考核人数比为9.75%,较改进前的2.40%提高7.35%。基本合格和不合格等次人数占总离职人数比为44.12%,较改进前的8.51%有显著提高。结论:在此基础上,对医院试用期考核取得的显著成效进行总结,并对下一阶段的工作重点提出建议。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in hospital performance appraisalduringprobationary period. Methods:The author takesa CertainGrade-A Tertiary Hospital in Jilin Province as an example,a total of 1250 new employees of the hospital during 2014—2019 were chosenas research subjects,the PDCA circulation method was introduced into the probationaryperiod since 2017. A complete appraisal mechanism was developed through analyzing currentsituation,formulating a scheme,implementing and reviewing,comparing data and continually optimizing,etc. SPSS21.0 was usedfor statistical analysis. Results:Through data comparison,the proportion of basically qualified and unqualified employees in all the people under evaluation was 9.75%,which was 7.35% higher than 2.40% before the adoption. The proportion of basically qualified and unqualified employees in all the people of resignation was 44.12% after the adoption,which was dramatically higher than 8.51% before the adoption. Conclusion:Remarkableeffects and proposals are also summarized and discussed.
