Abstract:Objective：To explore the effective integration of integral management of physician’s bad behavior and periodic assessment management of physicians，standardize the practice of clinical practitioners and improve the quality of medical management. Methods：868 physicians ina CertainGrade-A Tertiary Hospitalwere randomly divided into experimental group（after using doctor’s bad behavior integral management）and control group（before using doctor’s bad behavior integral management）. Doctors are assessed regularly according to points. According to the feedback from the public（patients and media），medical administrative departments and experts’ inspection feedback，law enforcement agencies’ ruling opinions，government or hospital evaluation，higher administrative departments’ commendation and emergency rescue management and other projects weight points（points deducted or points added）accumulated to carry out regular assessment of doctors. Results：The statistical results showed that the management efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P ≤ 0.05）. Conclusion：The use of physician’s bad behavior score management system can effectively regulate the behavior of practicing physicians，which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
