目的：深入了解江苏省民营医院发展现状，促进民营医院持续健康发展。方法：运用文献研究法、比较分析法、描述性分析法和归纳总结法等方法，对2014-2018年5年间江苏省民营和公立医院的数量及构成、床位数、病床使用率、诊疗服务能力、服务效率等多个方面的变化情况进行了比较研究。结果：近年来江苏省民营医院一定程度上缓解了公立医院的就医压力，但仍存在医疗服务量与医院规模不相匹配、医院构成多元化不足，市场竞争力较弱等问题。结论：基于现代医院管理视角，建议江苏省民营医院要明确发展定位，建设重点专科；发挥区域优势，建立互联网医院；完善监管制度，力求高质量发展。

Objective：To deeply understand the development status of private hospitals in Jiangsu Province and promote the healthy and sustainable development of private hospitals. Methods：The article uses literature research method，comparative analysis method，descriptive analysis method and inductive summary method to analyze the changes of private and public hospitals in Jiangsu Province，during the five years from 2014 to 2018 which include the number and composition，the number of beds，the utilization rate of beds，the capacity of diagnosis and treatment services，and service efficiency. Results：The study found that in recent years，private hospitals in Jiangsu Province have eased the pressure of public hospitals to a certain extent，but there are still problems such as the mismatch of medical service volume and hospital scale，insufficient diversification of hospital composition also weak market competitiveness. Conclusion：Based on the perspective of modern hospital management，private hospitals in Jiangsu Province should clarify the development positioning and build key specialties；utilize regional advantages and establish Internet hospitals；improve the regulatory system and strive for high-quality development.
