中文摘要: 目的：本研究旨在探讨护理人员传染性公共卫生事件应急能力现状及影响因素。方法：便利抽样法选取江苏省某地级市医联体中232名临床护理工作者进行调查，调查工具包括一般资料调查表、医护人员传染病突发事件应对能力调查问卷（EPIQ）、心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）。结果：护理人员传染性公共卫生事件应急能力处于中等水平，其中预防能力得分较高，可达到高水平，准备能力得分较低。多元线性回归分析显示心理弹性总分、学历、工作满意度、科室是主要影响因素。结论：护理人员传染性公共卫生事件应急能力有待提高，护理管理者需加强此方面的应急演练与培训，还应关注护理人员的心理弹性水平，鼓励护理人员提高学历，提高护士工作满意度，使护理人员借助内生动力主动提升能力。
Abstract:Objective：To investigate the status and factors of response competence of nurses in infectious public health emergencies. Methods：By convenience sampling，232 nurses were selected and investigated by using demographic characteristics questionnaire，the Emergency Preparedness Information Questionnaire（EPIQ），the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC）. Results：The total mean score of nurses’ response competences in infectious public health emergencies was in a moderate level，and the emergency prevention competence scored the highest and emergency preparedness competence scored the lowest. Multiple regression analysis showed that nurses’ response competencies could be main explained through considering the resilience score，education background，job satisfaction，the department of nurses. Conclusions：Nurses’ response competences in infectious public health emergencies should be improved. Nursing managers need to strengthen the emergency drills and training. And they should also pay attention to nursing staff mental resilience level，encourage to prove education background，job satisfaction and competence.
