Abstract:Management of medical consumables，particularly high value consumables，is an important part of hospital administration. The current program develop an intensive closed-loop SPD pattern in the management of high value consumables in Qidong People’s Hospital. This pattern cover the shortage of traditional administration pattern，construct closed-loop SPD procedure taking RFID intelligent cabinet as information integration carrier，strengthen bidirectional and traceable management of high value consumables and reinforce zero inventory and balance after usage. Both management procedure and application efficacy of high value consumables were elevated significantly after implementation.
