目的：了解社会支持、应对方式、动机与自我效能对中青年高血压患者自我护理行为的影响，为进一步干预性研究提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的一般情况调查表、高血压自我护理量表，简易应对方式问卷以及社会支持量表对江阴市287例中青年高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果：自我效能对自我护理行为具有直接的正性效应，动机、积极应对方式以及社会支持对自我护理行为具有直接或间接的正性效应。结论：对中青年高血压患者进行自我护理的健康指导时，除了提供详细的自我护理措施信息，还需要关注患者的自我效能，鼓励患者的亲友共同参与，帮助患者合理利用社会支持，以积极的应对方式面对疾病。
Objective：To explore the influence of social support，coping style，motivation and self-efficacy on self-care of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension at first diagnosis and to provide evidence for further intervention studies. Methods：Totally 287 young and middle-aged hypertension patients in Jiangyin were investigated with self-design general questionnaire，the High Blood Pressure Self-Care Profile，simple coping style questionnaire and socialsupport research scale. Results：Self-efficacy has direct positive effect on self-nursing behavior，motivation，positive coping style and social support have direct and indirect positive effect on self-nursing behavior. Conclusion：When providing self-care health guidance for young and middle-aged patients with newly diagnosed hypertension，medical staff should not only provide detailed self-care measures，but also pay attention to the patient’s self-efficacy，encourage patients’ relatives or friends to participate together，help the patient make rational use of social support，and face the disease in a positive way.
