目的：通过对比分析海南省农场医院与非农场医院的服务效率，为促进医院改革发展提供决策依据。方法：采用数据包络分析法分析2015年-2017年海南省农场医院与非农场医院的服务效率，用截断回归进行对比分析。结果：海南省农场医院与非农场医院整体效率水平不高，农场医院服务效率与非农场医院服务效率相比仍存在较大差距。结论：应提高海南省医疗资源配置的公平性，调整医院发展规模，同时聚焦医院内部发展，提高诊疗水平。

Objective：Through comparative analysis to understand the hospital efficiency of farm hospitals and non-farm hospitals in Hainan Province，and to provide a basis for decision-making for improving hospital operation efficiency and promoting hospital reform and development. Methods：The Data Envelopment Analysis method was used to analyze the operating efficiency of farm hospitals and non-farm hospitals in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2017，and comparison analysis was performed using truncated regression. Results：The overall efficiency level of farm hospitals and non-farm hospitals in Hainan Province is not high. There is still a large gap between farm hospitals and non-farm hospitals. Conclusion：The fairness of the allocation of medical resources in Hainan Province should be improved，the scale of hospital development should be adjusted，and at the same time focus on the internal development of the hospital to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment
