Abstract:Objective：To understand the application of refined management in the selection of central air conditioning，provide references for refined logistics management and improve the overall service level of the hospital. Methods：Use the on-site investigation method and the profit-loss balance point analysis method to understand the operation and energy consumption of the existing central air-conditioning units in the past 3 years，and compare the cooling capacity，cost input and energy consumption of the central air conditioning under the three schemes. Results：The calculation of the profit and loss balance point provides a theoretical basis for the hospital to avoid risks. The logistics management modes in different schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion：Hospital logistics is an important part of the entire hospital management. There are certain unknowns in the actual operation of the hospital. While the logistics management is developing towards refinement，it must also comprehensively consider the management capabilities of the logistics department itself and the trusteeship organization.
