| 目的：探讨构建智慧云健康管理平台对企业员工实施健康干预的影响。方法：采用比较分析法，对某市公司本部524名员工实施健康干预，周期1年，对比分析2018年和2019年两次体检结果。结果：干预后肝脏疾病、脂肪肝、血脂异常、高血压、甲状腺疾病、脑血管弹性减退、前列腺疾病、尿酸增高、心电图异常、肾脏疾病等异常检出率，均值下降6.66%，差异显著。结论：构建智慧云健康管理平台实施健康干预有助于企业员工养成健康生活方式，减少危险因素，有效预防疾病。 |

| Objective：To explore the health intervention effect by building an Intelligent Cloud Health Management Platform. Methods：A total of 524 employees in an enterprise were implemented health intervention for 1 year. To comparatively analyze the health physical examination results of 2018 and 2019 by applying comparative analysis method. Results：The mean detection rate of liver diseases、fatty liver、dyslipidemia、hypertension、thyroid disease、decreased elasticity of cerebrovascular、prostatic diseases、increased uric acid、abnormal electrocardiogram、kidney disease was reduced 6.66% after health intervention. The deference is extremly significant（Sig.<0.01）. Conclusion：By building an Intelligent Cloud Health Management Platform，the health intervention impel us to live a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease effectively. |
