Abstract:Objective：This paper analyzes and summarizes the difficulties and practice in the standardized training of resident doctors in Party construction，and puts forward the next work ideas. Methods：This paper analyzes the difficulties in the standardized training of resident doctors in Party construction and resolves them pertinently. It summarizes the measures taken by the hospital in optimizing the management mode of Party members，innovating the form of party spirit education，enriching the activities of Party members and publicizing advanced typical deeds. Results：The hospital has made some attempts in the construction of the party in the standardized training of resident doctors. The next step will be to further explore the role of tutors，attach importance to the assessment of rotating departments，and strengthen the management of Party members in the standardized training of residents in the entrusted training units.
