Abstract:Objective：To explore the strategies for the sustainable development of appointment and treatment services in public tertiary hospitals. Methods：The SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the internal advantages，disadvantages，external opportunities and threats of the development status of the appointment clinic services in public tertiary hospitals. Results：Through the analysis，the actual situation of the appointment and treatment of public tertiary hospitals was understood，and corresponding development strategies were proposed to improve the hospital's appointment and treatment service capacity and comprehensive competitiveness. Conclusion：Public tertiary hospitals，as the main force in the reform of the medical and health system，should play an active role and constantly explore new forms，methods，and systems of appointments for medical services，to improve the hospital's appointment diagnosis and treatment service capacity and overall competitiveness.
