Medical Quality Control Information System Quality Control Team
目的：运用信息化手段，解决传统质控小组管理模式中存在的问题和挑战，实现质控小组的信息化全流程闭环管理，促进医疗质量全面持续改进。方法：通过实地调研分析医院质量管理工作的现况及存在问题，采用文献研究等方式设计并构建质控信息平台，并对平台实施后的成效进行描述性统计分析。结果：医院质量管理效率显著提高，质控台账内涵质量及完成情况均得到有效改善。结论：质控信息平台的建立与应用有助于质量管理的持续改进，提高监管效能，但仍有进一步开发与完善的空间。
Objective：To solve problems and challenges in traditional quality control team management model，achieve whole process closed-loop management of quality control team，promote comprehensive improvement of medical quality through taking advantages of information technology. Methods：Analyze the situation and problems of hospital quality management through on-the-spot investigation. Based on literature research and other methods，design and construct the quality control information platform. Analyze achievements of the system by descriptive statistics. Results：The efficiency of hospital quality management was significantly enhanced；the quality and completion of related material was effectively improved. Conclusions：The construction and application of quality control information system promote continuous improvement of quality management，enhance the supervision. However，the system could be further developed and improved.
