Abstract:The construction of the medical and health service system is an important part of the medical reform in the new era，and it has a great significance for optimizing the allocation of health resources，ensuring the health needs of residents，and promoting the health of the whole people. During the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019（COVID-19），China's health service system has achieved remarkable results in the prevention and treatment of the epidemic. And it has been also found that the health service system has some problems，such as the poor combination of medical treatment and prevention，the emergency response capacity of medical treatment system to be strengthened，the emergency plan to be improved，and the construction of public health system to be improved. On this basis，this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the combination of medical and prevention，promoting graded diagnosis and treatment，enhancing grassroots service capabilities，improving the emergency response and sentinel mechanism of epidemic situations，promoting the application of telemedicine and big data，to support the reform of medical and health system and health China.
