Public Hospital Tertiary Hospital scientific and technological innovation analysis of the situation
目的：对某新建三级公立医院的临床科技创新能力的现状进行分析，为提升医院科技创新能力提出合理的建议。方法：通过对建院以来的立项科研课题和发表的SCI收录论文等科技工作数据进行分析，指出了医院科技工作中科室发展、激励制度、人才梯队建设等方面存在的问题。结果：针对临床科技创新能力建设提出了相关建议，提高科技创新能力是提升医院核心竞争力的重要途径。结论：持续引进高层次人才，增加科研配套经费，构建科研人才激励制度，完善科研支撑平台，促进科研的积极性。
Objective：By analyzing the present situation of the clinical scientific and technological innovation ability in a new established Tertiary Hospital，we understood the present situation and existing problems of clinical scientific and technological innovation ability in the hospital，and then put forward reasonable suggestions for improving clinical scientific and technological innovation ability. Methods：Through the analysis of the scientific research projects and SCI papers published so far，the paper points out the problems where in the development of departments，incentive system and talent echelon construction and so on. Results：In view of the construction of clinical science and technology innovation capacity，some suggestions are put forward. Conclusions：We would continue to introduce high-level talents，increase supporting funding for scientific research，and establish an incentive system for scientific research personnel，improve the sharing platform for scientific research to boost their enthusiasm for scientific research.
