Abstract:This article introduces the related concepts of big data and wise hospitals，performs SWOT analysis of big data applied to the construction of wise hospitals. Advantages are the hospital’s information construction is relatively complete，and hospital leaders attach importance to support. Disadvantages are lack of experience and professionals. Opportunities are driven by national policies and widely watched by the industry. Challenges are the guarantee of security and the impact of military reform. Based on a comprehensive analysis，the hospital conducted practical exploration and achieved certain results，with a view to providing experience and laying the foundation for later exploration.
