Abstract:As a COVID-19 critical hospital for critically ill，the Zhongfaxincheng District of Tongji Hospital has been invested in a large number of front-line medical personnel to fight the epidemic. The human resource incentive mechanism in designated hospitals in the “war epidemic” period should have the pursuit of “short adaptable and fast”，relying on the endogenous driving force of organizational culture and the integration of incentive mode and so on. In order to promote the potential of medical staff in practice，designated hospitals design efficient and timely material incentive distribution；create a striving organizational culture atmosphere； top-level design，multiple department cooperation； promote medical staff care and other incentive measures to ensure that front-line medical workers always maintain a high enthusiasm for work，and then promote the achievement of epidemic prevention and control work.
